DescriptionThese silver chargers are both utilitarian and artistic, used during a meal as a place setting, they would hold a plate of food. These chargers complete a 20th century table setting, and are part of a table service at the height of dining in style in 20th century Hawai'i. Each one has a unique floral motif in the style of Margaret Fleming Waldron, with smooth lines and light incised delineation of flowers. The chargers are not overly ornate with clean designs and simple organic lines of the Art Deco era, of the second quarter of the 20th century.

There are three 14 inch diameter chargers, twelve 12 inch diameter chargers, and twelve 6 inch diameter chargers. Each charger has a different incised tropical floral motif. The chargers are marked: Grossman Moody, Ltd, Jule Wall, HAWAII.
