DescriptionSeated figure enveloped in dark red robe decorated with over-all conventionalized design of flowers & leaves in black. Robe goes up to peak at back of head. Gold scarf (with traces of design still evident) held over left shoulder by cord; draped over right should & falling to bottom of robe, and on left side, appearing at edge of robe. Hilt of a gold sword appears from right sleeve; from left sleeve a string of 7 beads. Hands not visible. Figure seated on dais or platform of bright green, with front & back edges decorated in vertical multicolored stripes-red, cream, green & decorated black. Painting mounted on gold-brown brocade.On View
