Itö KazuoJapanese, born 1939
B. 1939 in Hokkaido. Grad. 1964 Hokkaido University of Liberal Arts. Studied mokuhan with Abe Sadao from 1963, Exhibited in Hokkaido 1963-1974 and with Nippankai from 1964 and New Century Art Association from 1966. Member of Nippankai from 1970. Participated in international exhibitions in Spain, Switzerland, Italy, France, and Greece. Taught at Hokkaido University of Education for 6 years and short courses at the University of California every year 1975-1981. Prints frequently represent Hokkaido landscapes.
