Hara Zaisei (原 在正, c. 1778–1810) was a painter in the late Edo period. His style names (azana) were Taneyoshi子栄 and Konobu子信. His artist name (go) was Chidō 致道. He was the eldest son of Kyoto painter Hara Zaichū (原致在中, 1750–1837). He studied painting under his father, and he developed the reputation for painting skill that exceeded that of his father. In 1805, he left the Hara school and adopted the family name of Mikai 三海 and settled down in the Kamigyo district of Kyoto. He died in 1810 at the age of 33.
