DescriptionIn color on paper. Colors: gold, red, green, blue, oragne and yellow. Sections of calligraphy separate those of landscape painting interior views of houses with priests, people in procession, men wearing animal masks, figure of Buddha in gold, etc. clouds running along entire top of scroll speckled with gold. Ivory ends to rollers & covers of gold & green brocade. Calligraphy as above. Scenes along village street with interior views of shops & homes (men & women reading, sleeping, etc.) Monkeys, dogs. One section shows larg cauldron with brilliant red flames shooting out; inside there are lotus flowers & water boiling in great wave-like turbulance.On View
