DescriptionLarge steel circle, painted black, mounted on a black steel stand which has four curving feet. Attached at center diagonally and extendind beyond in front and back is a large white rectangular shape, on one side of which is a narrow strip which extends about a foot above top of circle. Placed horizontally across the back and attached to side of the large rectangle is a smaller rectangle, the back of which is painted green and the front orange. At right, fastened to back edge of circle, 3/4 of the way down, is a small square painted green on back & yellow on the front.
