DescriptionAccording to its date, this print likely depicts the actor Bando Shuka I as Seitaka doji (Sankrit: Cetaka), attendant of Fudo Myo-o, in the 1851 performance of "Genji moyo furisode hinagata" at the Ichimura theater.

This is the right sheet of a triptych. The center sheet depicts the actor Ichikawa Ebizo V as the deity Fudo Myo-o rescuing the actor Ichikawa Danjuro VIII as Honcho maru Tsunagoro Hiranoya Tokubei. The left sheet depicts another actor as Kongara Doji, another attendant of Fudo Myo-o.
